Ingredients: Instructions: 1. Prepare chicken wings by cutting them into sections & discarding (or saving for later) the tips. 2. Combine the pineapple preserves or jam, soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, oil, hot sauce, garlic & ginger. Mix well to combine. 3. Using a large ziplock bag, combine chicken wings and mixture. Seal well. 4. Use your hands to rub mixture into all parts of the chicken wings, refrigerate & allow flavors to blend for 6 hours. 5. Arrange wings on a foil covered baking sheet and pour about 1 cup of the mixture on top of the wings. 6. Bake wings at 350F for 1 hour.

Ingredients: Instructions: 1. Start with the oven preheated at 450 degrees F 2. Combine all ingredients except the chicken wings. 3. Place chicken wings in a lightly greased glass baking dish with tall sides. Pour mixture on top of chicken. 4. Bake for 35 minutes in the oven, stir occasionally. 5. Ingredients: Instructions: 1. Blend all ingredients (except chicken wings) in a food processor until completely combined. 2. For the oven baked chicken wings, position an oven rack about 4-6 inches from the heat, and another rack in the center. Preheat oven to broil. Put wings on a baking sheet and season with salt & pepper to taste. Broil 4-6 inches for about 3 minutes per side, or until just browned. 3. Turn off the broiler and switch the setting on your oven to bake at 350 degree F. 4. Take the wings from the broiler and put them in a 9x13" pan. Add sauce and mix well into the wings. 5. Bake wings at 350 for about 35 minutes, stirring once in the middle of the cook time. 6. Sprinkle brown sugar over and bake about 10-15 minutes more. Drizzle more honey over before serving, if you like.
