Baltimore Style Hot Cream Cheese Crab Dip Recipe

This is such a simple and quick crab dip recipe-- and it includes just a touch of spice along with the sweet-and-mellow flavor of the crab. Just like a good Maryland crab cake, the flavor of the crab itself is the star of this cream cheese crab dip.

A Tasty Variation: To keep this quick crab dip recipe as simple as possible, it isn't given a topping. But for an extra special crunch on top, try adding crushed buttery crackers and parmesan for the last five minutes of baking.

Ingredients:
8 ounces white crab meat, drained
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 small white onion, minced
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions: 1. In a large bowl, stir to combine all ingredients except crab meat. Gently fold in crab meat.

2. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350?F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
