Cool and Crunchy Cucumber Summer Appetizer

Hot summer afternoons call for quick and no cook solutions for snacking. These fresh from the garden appetizer bites are perfect to fix ahead of time and then serve chilled

This is one of my favorite Kraft appetizer recipes, because it uses one of my favorite ingredients: cream cheese! It's a wonderful appetizer recipe to make ahead for a party, because you can assemble it completely a few hours before serving.

1 cup Philadelphia Chive and Onion cream cheese
4 cucumbers
2 carrots, shredded
2 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Sprig of fresh dill, to garnish

Directions: 1. Cut cucumbers lengthwise and use the tip of a spoon to remove the seeds.

2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese with all but two tablespoons of the carrot.

3. Fill the cucumbers with cream cheese and cut into bite sized pieces. Top with chives and carrot.
