Oven-Baked Crab Rangoon Bites

Sometimes you need an appetizer (whether or not it's actually a Kraft appetizer recipe) that is a bit warm and has an extra special touch. Crab Rangoons hint at exotic places and special flavors... but still taste right at home as an appetizer for just about any event.

This recipe for oven baked crab rangoons is also great, because it doesn't require lots of messy oil, and can be mixed and assembled ahead of time-- simply pop in the oven and bake right before serving.

1 cup white crabmeat, drained and flaked
12 oz. Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 green onions, sliced
3 dozen wonton wrappers

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and place one wonton wrapper in each cup of your muffin tin. The edges of the wrapper will drape over the upper edge of the cups.

2. In a bowl combine softened cheese, soy sauce, garlic, and green onions. Fold in the crabmeat.

3. Spoon crab mixture into each muffin cup about halfway full. Bake 18-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the filling is warm.
